There have been a few fixes to exim in the spf handling
since 4.93 - so you might be getting bitten by some
detail of the DNS records for this specific domain.

You could wait for 4.94 or you could build from git
if you're really eager. Or grab the 4.94 RC0 that
was published a few day ago and build that.
