The tests in the patch are what am using to replicate the issue, you can
comment out all the other tests in 4019 and only run the first test in 4019
which is to test a clean email.

If you run it in a loop the server side malfunctions and kills connections when
it should not.

For these small emails there are only ever 2 payload packets. At times the
server kills the connection after the first payload, some times after the
second etc, sometimes it does not and the test passes.

That is why am saying it is intermittent.

When comparing the interaction with the actual AV end point none of this
erratic behavior happens. In that case the connection is setup, the two
payloads are sent by exim and acknowledged by the endpoint, the endpoint sends
the verdict as a payload and then sends the FIN, exim ack's the FIN and sends
its own FIN which is ack'ed by the endpoint.
