Observation:
Outlook client: <---> Exim Server
--> EHLO
<-- 220
--> MAIL FROM:<...> SMTPUTF8
<-- 5xx ... SMTPUTF8 may not follow <...>
Exim rejects the message, because Exim didn't advertise SMTPUTF8, but Outlook
requested it. But now: Outlook doesn't understand the 5xx as a permanent error
and retries the delivery again and again.
It would be good do intercept the SMTP commands and either to modify them, or
in this scenario, accpt the command, but defer the 5xx to the RCPT stage,
because there we get a better chance to reject the message in a way, the client
understands.
OTOH, I'm not sure if we want to fix the bad behaviour of the Outlook client
here. It's their bad luck.
