Using HEAD of master (commit e68def5) sending a HUP signal sometimes prints an
error message:
2020-03-08 10:47:19 pid 964855: SIGHUP received: re-exec daemon
2020-03-08 10:47:19 daemon_notifier_socket bind: Address already in use
2020-03-08 10:47:19 exim 4.93 daemon started: pid=964855, -q30s, listening for
SMTP on [130.133.4.82]:25
This does not happen every time (maybe because bind failed last re-exec) but if
I try a few times, I always see such errors.
Note: SOCK_CLOEXEC and EXIM_HAVE_ABSTRACT_UNIX_SOCKETS are defined, but
EXPERIMENTAL_QUEUE_RAMP is not.
