What does your
spamd_address = ...
contain?

I'm wondering because I use spamd without troubles...

spamd_address = ${acl_m_spamd}

....

  warn    set acl_m_spamd = 127.0.0.1 783
          set acl_m_username = spamass

  defer   condition   = $acl_m_dospamd
          spam        = $acl_m_username:true
          condition   = no

  warn    condition   = $acl_m_dospamd
          spam        = $acl_m_username:true
          set acl_m_sahdr = X-Spam-Score: $spam_score\n\
....

Is it the defer_ok? Or something in spamd_address?

Greetings, Wolfgang
