Actually I use the combination of PCRE2_SUBSITUTE_GLOBAL and
PCRE2_SUBSTITUTE_MATCHED. In my fork we wrote a match data clone method and
call pcre2_substitute with the cloned match data. This makes a small
performance penalty.
