What happens if you replace $local_part with $1, ie:
*@XXX.msk.ru        ${lookup{$0}wildlsearch{/path/to/maps/XXX.msk.ru.map}{$value}{${sg{$1}{_}{.}}@???}} Fcbtrf
?
