use NO_DATA instead of HOST_NOT_FOUND
I chose the shortest code path within libspf2 by returning HOST_NOT_FOUND.
Looking at the difference between NXDOMAIN and NOERROR return values I think
the technically correct return code should be NO_DATA. The
NXDOMAIN/HOST_NOT_FOUND answer could tell some (future?) cache to take the
result for all query types for that FQDN.
