The docs say
D duration of âno mail in SMTP sessionâ
which implies it was only thought of as being useful for that situation. At
least
one of your examples ("closed by QUIT") is a normal situation; no problems are
implied. If we make the requested addition it would need to be controlled by a
new log_selector, not enabled by default, to avoid expanding logs further for
people who don't care about this info for non-problem connections.
