I suppose it will hit you again. According to the logged message there seems to
be some relation to retries. So, maybe, it's triggered by messages sitting in
the queue and retried later. (Just a wild guess.)

I can provide you the tarballs easily. (I'm even thinking about publishing them
with "limited warranty".)
