Thanks for noticing that possibility. I haven't actually looked at the code
yet; I wonder if it would have occurred to me? I'm not sure I like your
suggested name, however. Something like PCRE2_SUBSTITUTE_USE_MATCH feels more
intuitive. Presumably, if the global matching option is set, after using the
existing match the function should proceed to do further matches in the usual
way.
