That's quite surprising. The error recorded requires
that memory just allocated with an "is tainted" flag
tests as not being tainted (as we copy a string that
_is_ tainted, into that memory).

I'd expect that to have shown up in the many, many cycles
of testing that have been done between that code being
finalised and this release.
