The SE Linux version is experimental and relies on having an executable $TMPDIR
and is broken if fork() is ever used.
IMHO calling paxctl to allow an exception to the application using PCRE2 so
that JIT works is a better option (at least in NetBSD, but probably also with
SELinux)
