I assume the google.com connections use CHUNKING (look for a "K" field in the
exim mainlog delivery line). Do the mail.ru ones? If so, please test
disabling
CHUNKING on your smtp transport ( hosts_try_chunking = : ) to see if there's
some interaction between the three features (dkim sign, transport filter, and
chunking).
Can you try a delivery to an exim system? I ask because one other report of
this issue has surfaced - but that one does pass when sending to an exim
target.
