DKIM signing will only work for messages delivered using the smtp transport.
The options are documented in the chapter relating to that driver, and not
in the appendfile chapter.
How are you testing it, and what were the results? You say that the messages
are signed first, and the addition done by your transport_filter after signing;
how did you determine this?
