No, only env_from.

Duplicates are also seen for mails rejected on the RCPT stage:

18-Jul-2019 12:05:21 info@??? callout=reject
18-Jul-2019 12:05:22 info@??? callout=reject

24-Jul-2019 10:41:12 info@??? callout=reject
24-Jul-2019 10:41:12 info@??? callout=reject

It's interesting that case change happens for 2nd level subdomain part.
