I understand, but it is weird, that same configuration worked well on Debian 8
with Exim ( 4.84.2-2+deb8u5). After upgrade, most of relay clients receive this
error. I don't think that the issue directly related with callout. The issue
looks like old bug described in:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=887489
