The client "of.aira.cz (remote.aira.cz)" closed the connection to the Exim
writing this debug log. The callout had completed by this point
(as had the rcpt ACL), and Exim had sent a "250 Accepted" to the client.
We'd have expected further SMTP commands from the client; either more RCPT's
or DATA (or BDAT, effectively a variant of DATA).
I don't think there's an Exim bug here. We don't have timestamps and don't
see the start of verification, but possibly the additional time doing the
callout is more than the client is prepared to tolerate.
