retry_use_local_part seems to have fixed the incorrect delay_warning messages.
There shouldn't be an enormous overhead as expansions in these virtual domains
rarely have problems which cause the retry apparatus to kick in.
I'm still seeing some curious alternation of state in the state in the retry
database, but it is possible that has always been there.
