My exim.conf contains:
domainlist blacklist = wildlsearch;/etc/exim4/blacklist
... and the blacklist file contains:
mta4.bitcoin-blueprints.com
*.bitcoin-blueprints.com
But the domain isn't being blacklisted like the other ones in the list:
