Add control = clear_sender_verify_failure
I've refreshed the patches to take into account verification text changes on
master and added a new "control = clear_sender_verify_failure" feature to allow
the built-in sender verify failure details on a defer message to be suppressed.
I don't want to add a new config option because that will just make the return
details option more complex (and suppress the message even if a custom defer
message isn't used by the ACL). Having a control option to suppress the defer
message has less benefit than simply being able to clear the failure result
(which avoids any other side effects).
