Irrelevant, given the traditional behaviour of MLs in appending body content.
The previous signature will be no longer valid because the message has been
changed. That applies, given the oversigning, to both body modification
and header (for the given set of headers) modification.
As I've said elsewhere: don't try to put lipstick on a pig.
DKIM breaks mailinglists, if you ignore (like Google appears determined to do)
the recommendation that a lack of verifiable DKIM signature not be regarded as
reason to reject a message,
