Well, the best way to do it would be providing an API which allows setting a
custom executable memory allocator for JIT. But I think for most people this
would not make things simpler.
Is it possible to detect "hardened runtime" feature during runtime? Because we
could simply not use MAP_JIT if it is not set (I suspect it is not set for
lnav).
