I suspect that if we want to allow "headers_remove list items can end in an
asterisk `*` to wildcard" then the only core code change would be in
src/src/transport.c around line 727 today (within transport_headers_send()).
We'd ideally want a test suite change too, and docs.
Patches very welcome and this is a great way to get involved in Exim's
development.
