So, the changes required are changing the inclusion's mime-type from
text/rfc822-headers to message/rfc822 and ensuring that the boundary used for
the report does not clash with any used ih the inclusion, everyone else seems
to use a random number (GUID) and hope that it's unique. but with 60+
characters there's no need to stop at 128 bits.
