I disagree. We also had rejected mails from one customer who had no SPF
configured but also did not send from any Spamhaus listed IP addressess.
Afer adding the SPF record all the mails went through without any
problems. This does of course not prove anything, but I don't see any
hints for blacklists behind the scenes.
