[exim] spool/scan

I have the following query: Every time you restart exim, in the scan
directory, there are dead files, they are not resumed when you start
exim. The files accumulate with each reboot, until the directory is at
100%. Can you help me? Thank you so much. Best regards. Tengo la siguiente consulta:

Cada vez que reinicio exim, en el directorio scan, quedan archivos muertos, estos no son retomados al iniciar exim.

Los archivos se acumulan con cada reinicio, hasta que el directorio queda al 100%.
