I attached patches for this yesterday.
I had to tweak some of the messages to make them work properly. Some of the
addr->user_messages don't fit as addr->messages because they assume a prefix
sentence will be provided.
A temporary failure in response to MAIL FROM was producing a "localhost
[127.0.0.1] : NULL" error message. This is now fixed.
Each instance of an ACL verb now has flags that can be used to alter its
behaviour while it is being executed.
