[exim] deny action in MIME ACL?

Subject: [exim] deny action in MIME ACL?
What is the SMTP verb associated with the MIME ACL? Or is it implicit
in the DATA command?

I did "deny" in MIME ACL and log shows it worked. But message
continued into the DATA ACL and was accepted.

Is there something different with MIME ACL for deny? Or I did something wrong?
