Replace UTF8 with ASCII
I've noticed that Exim started to output UTF8 chars for line-drawing in debug
output (e.g. fake smtp sessions). I've got Exim installed on a list of hosts
w/o UTF support thus output is a bit clobbered by unprintable chars.
Please consider making this an option. E.g.: use utf OR use ascii OR turn off
at all.

ps: attaching my local patch to quickfix this feature for my hosts by replacing
UTF with ASCII (so you can copy&paste ASCII symbols w/o the need to look into
other places).
