Make sure bounce gets send when noerror is missing
This is just a copy of test 0616 but without the noerror keyword. Now the
bounce gets send again - just like before I fixed the bug.
Not sure if you want to include that test, I just wanted another
(counter)proof. Just skip it if you think it's unnecessary.
