Adds missing docs about $event_data

Actually $event_data contains:

*) the failure reason for "msg:fail:internal"
*) the smtp error message for "msg:fail:delivery"

This currently isn't reflected in the docs - however for "msg:fail:internal"
it's tested already (line 90 "reason"):

- therefore only a test case for "msg:fail:delivery" was added in the patch.
