Also, if you invoke Exim from fetchmail then I think that
NO_CHECK_DATA_VERIFY_HEADER_SYNTAX='true'
should be set. But it's Debian-specific and fetchmail-specific.
Exim maintainers didn't write conf.d/acl/40_exim4-config_check_data ,
everything "exim4" is a Debian thing.
