Quite likely 31323b3044 - the commit comment for that was
"Fix log line corruption for DKIM status".


Could also be d342446f29 - the note for that reads

+JH/36 Fix reinitialisation of DKIM logging variable between messages.
+      Previously it was possible to log spurious information in receive log
+      lines.



These are the Exim git master-branch commit hashes.
I don't know which of them Debian has grabbed as patches.
