Ah, I see, so MIME ACLs can still be useful. Thanks for the examples. I admit
I didn't think too hard about it :)

I'm happy to help test any fixes. I found the issue rather easy to reproduce
nearly 100% of the time by having queue runners running constantly in a loop
while submitting messages over SMTP.
