Try to find out how to tell Outlook not to try to use session caching against
the SMTP target (more particularly, not to assume that the _same_ session that
it had against the IMAP target is valid for the SMTP target).
Try to find out how to tell Outlook to not use session caching at all.
Try disabling session-caching on the IMAP provider.
Warning: using session caching compromises Forward Secrecy, if I understand
correctly.
