If it is of any interest, I get this primarily for messages from topica.com,
and have done for years and years, which I have never quite got to the bottom
of. But, I am running quite old Exim, and there is MailScanner in the mix too,
and maybe there's already a fix for my particular issue.

I worked around it by running a script over the spool from cron every so often
(which predates util/chunking_fixqueue_finalnewlines.pl) that adds a newline to
any that don't have one already, and off they go ...
