Do we talk about authentication via TLS certificates, or just about
TLS connections? I suppose, you're talking about the TLS connections
only.

What is the port, TB connects to? How is Exim configured for hat port?
Can you send
exim -bP config
output?
Did you change anything in your runtime configuration during the update?
