Yes, you do have a reject rule in your exim configuration. In your exim.conf:
#BEGIN ACL-EXISCAN-BLOCK
# BEGIN INSERT default_exiscan
deny message = This message contains a virus or other harmful content
($malware_name)
malware = */defer_ok
warn log_message = Message has been scanned: no virus or other harmful
content was found
# END INSERT default_exiscan
I'm not familiar with cPanel's internals, but this is not an Exim bug - it's
something to do with your WHM/cPanel setup. I suggest you raise it on the
appropriate support forum/list there.
