Thanks for addressing this so quickly!

In your patch, I am a little confused about your changes to acl.c. In
particular, when would the [rcpt_count <= cutthrough.nrcpt] condition be true
(i.e. "ignore cutthrough request; nonfirst message\n" is printed)?
