[exim] Bounce for recipient domain

I need to set bounce for external senders sending emails to one of my
domains, which will soon be deleted. The bounce will be information
about the new domain of the recipients. At the same time, I would like
that emails be delivered to recipients mailboxes on my server, until
their domain be deleted.
