Ahhh. Finally, I realize.

You're building with DISABLE_OCSP, which ought to be legal,
but obviously has not been tried for a while. It's broken.

Can you enable it, until I get a patch tested?

Unsure what point you're trying to make. We added this; we know
what it is. You could remove it now.
