The issue is in your configuration, given that nothing in Exim itself
randomly decides to treat the localpart "info" differently from others.
Whether you consider that a "legacy bug" or worth paying someone to
resolve for you is entirely up to you. Simply dumping sections of your
log on the list and demanding support is unlikely to go well for you in
the longer term, however.
