Wow, quick response, thanks. Updated version looks good here.
To provide some context, I have some rube goldberg-esque python code that's
been parsing pcregrep output, then displaying in a different format. Had been
able to work around the color/missing newline stuff, but this should make
things cleaner.
Will try some searches w/ the new version on my large corpus of text docs and
see if there are any more issues -- I think I've exhausted my stockpile of bugs
to report.
