On the return value of pcre2_match, man 3 pcre2_match says:

> It returns offsets to captured substrings.

but man 3 pcre2api says:

> The value returned by pcre2_match() is one more than the highest numbered pair that has been set.

I think man 3 pcre2api's is correct.
