So the encoding was done after the DKIM-signing?

In that case we're correctly spotting that the body was modified
(it was completely replaced!). I'm unsure how far we'd want to go in
exploring possible decodings trying to discover a DKIM pass, especially as
Exim does no body coding or decoding at present.
