I'm using PAM shield to track failed logins and to automatically blacklist
remote hosts which are spamming authentication attempts. Exim does not work
with this setup right now as it does not set the PAM_RHOST item during
authentication.
This item should hold the remote IP used during authentication.
Would it be feasible to set this item in src/auths/call_pam.c? I would provide
a patch myself but I do not have a clue how to access the remote IP during
authentication in Exim.
