Patch for lookups/mysql.c
Compiling anything in Debian with MariaDB from official repo (not from outdated
Debian repo) is a real PAIN.
Also, why exim touch MYSQL_SERVER_* defines?
Current oracle-mysql define LIBMYSQL_VERSION, mariadb define
MARIADB_CLIENT_VERSION_STR for it's connector - so use it instead of
MYSQL_SERVER_*
