I set up a simple test, but can't reproduce the bug (sending server is an Exim
as packaged by Debian9)
Connecting to ssl.schlittermann.de [212.80.235.130]:25 ... connected
SMTP<< 550 Your IP is blacklisted
SMTP>> QUIT
SMTP(close)>>
So, please can you try to reproduce it using debugging:
<sample.eml exim -d+all test@???
