Using the original SIZE would seem appropriate for recipient verify; possibly
even incremented a bit for the Received-By: header we'll be adding.
For sender-verify less so. Possibly we should try to match whatever a bounce
size would be.
However, as you say, the cache really confuses the issue. Never using SIZE
would be the easy fix. I'll have a think about more-complex schemes.
